Our Zipline and ATV Riding Facility

Our zipline facility is located in the jungle mountains overlooking Patong Beach and spans approximately 176,000 square meters. It includes various features such as tree houses, bird nests, bridges, abseil ziplines, skyboard and more. We also offer the longest zipline in Phuket, at over 700 meters.

At our ziplining facility in Phuket, the safety of our customers is our utmost priority. Our facilities have been designed to ensure you experience maximum enjoyment from your zipline adventure, while having fun in a safe and comfortable environment. We use PETZEL safety equipment that meets European and American safety standards.

All ziplining activities are supervised by our team of highly trained professionals who are dedicated to maintaining the highest safety standards. They monitor all aspects of the experience, from the initial safety briefing to your final zipline descent, ensuring that you are well-informed and secure throughout your adventure.

Our Zipline Adventure is perfect for people of all ages and our expert guides ensure 100% comfort and safety for customers at all times.

However, for safety reasons, the following restrictions apply:

• Minimum weight limit 20 kg or 44 lbs per person
• Maximum weight limit 120 kg or 264 lbs per person
• Minimum age limit 4 years
• Maximum age limit 60 years

NOT SUITABLE FOR:

For your own safety and the safety of others on the tour, you cannot join the tour if you have any of the following conditions:

• Pregnant
• Mental condition
• Disabled or handicapped
• Heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma or seizure disorder
• Previous injury or medical procedures relating to the heart, lungs, kidneys or liver
• Recent injury or operation on back, hips, legs, knees, feet, neck, shoulders or hands
• Under influence of drugs or alcohol

We RECOMMEND you bring:

• Passport or ID card (copy on your phone is sufficient)
• Wear light and loose fitting clothing which can get dirty
• Wear light pants (long pants or long shorts), avoid wearing a short skirt
• Change of clothes
• Wear sneakers or sport shoes with closed toes
• Do NOT wear flip flops, sandals or high heel shoes
• Bug repellent
• Sunscreen
• You can bring your camera or smartphone to capture your adventure. However, make sure it’s securely fastened to your body during activities to avoid dropping it.

‘Private Transfer’ Option:
If you prefer a PRIVATE pick-up and drop-off from the areas listed above below (or any other non-listed area on Phuket), you need to book a private two-way transfer at 1,800 Baht per van (maximum 8 passengers)

Please Note:

• We do not offer any transfers from outside Phuket (across Sarasin Bridge).
• Tour Ninja Phuket will not pay for self-arranged transport in whole or in part, or reimburse any associated costs.
• Pick-up and Drop-off times may vary according to location. Please check your booking confirmation email or ask our staff for assistance if you are unsure of your collection time.
• Phuket traffic is (unfortunately) getting increasingly congested and during peak times delays are inevitable. We kindly ask for your understanding on this regard, as we try to service guests and share our beautiful island with the many tourists that visit every year. Please be ready at your allocated pickup time and be patient if the driver is a little bit delayed – thank you.
