Make your own way to the departure point:
– Patong Boat Pier (high season: 18 Nov to 21 Apr)
– Royal Phuket Marina (low season: 23 Apr to 17 Nov)

You may arrive at the departure point any time from 15:30 am to 17:00 pm (Latest check-in/departure 17:00 pm)

Depart by shuttle taxi boat from the boat pier to Yona Beach Club
– Check-in/Registration (show tour voucher and a copy of your passport).
– Shuttle boat to Yona departs every 20-30 minutes from 14:00 pm to 17:00 pm

However, for your own safety and the safety of others on the tour, you cannot join the tour if you have any of the following conditions:

• Guests are NOT not allowed to bring alcohol, soft drinks or any food on board.
• Alcohol will not be sold to minors under 20 years old.

• Avoid shoes with high heels
• Sunglasses with UV protection
• Towel or microfiber towel (Yona does provide towels for use on the day, however these must be returned before your departure from Yona to the boat pier).

Sun Protection:

• Aloe vera gel for sunburn relief

Personal First Aid Items:

• Motion Sickness medication (tablets, patches or wrist bands)

Water and Hydration:

You are welcome to bring your camera or smartphone but do so at your own risk. Lost or damaged personal items are not covered by the insurance of the tour operator.

TRANSFERS:

Our program includes free return transfers by taxi shuttle boat, between the Pier and YONA Beach Club.
Road transfers to and from your hotel are NOT INCLUDED.

What kind of food do you serve on YONA?
We serve a range of delicious Mediterranean and coastal cuisine at our scenic sea-view restaurant that will treat your taste buds.

Yes, we have plenty of options for Vegan/Vegetarian dietary requirements.

Does YONA navigate?
No, YONA remains at anchor and does not sail for safety reasons. We want maximum safety on board and maximum comfort for our guests.

What payment methods are accepted on board YONA? 
We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Prompt Pay transfer, Alipay, Google pay.

Do you have an ATM on board?
No, there is no ATM available on the boat.

What kind of music is played on YONA?
With an eclectic mix of daytime parties, the music ranges from uplifting House beats to dance classics.
During the MORNING Program, no DJ is on board and soft music is played.
During AFTERNOON-EVENING Program, our on-board DJ will select the music.

Do you have a dress code?
Smart Casual dress standard applies.
We do not allow beer-branded singlets, cut-off clothing, or athletic sportswear.

Do you provide towels?
Yes, we provide the towels for the day, however they must be returned before your departure to the main pier. Our branded towels can be purchased from YONA’s concept store.

Do you have personal lockers?
No, unfortunately we do not have a locker at your disposal, so we advise you not to bring a large bag with you.
Also, please do not bring any unnecessary belongings or valuable items on board during your YONA experience, as the company will not take responsibility for any loss or damage.

What happens if it rains during my visit to YONA Beach Club?
Not to worry! Our boat is equipped with a covered section that provides protection from the rain. So even if it does rain, you can still enjoy our amenities.

Is there WI-FI on YONA?
Yes, and it is FREE for YONA Beach Club guests.

Are animals allowed on board?
No, animals are NOT allowed on YONA Beach for safety reasons.

BOOKING

Do we need to book before coming to YONA Beach Club?
Yes, it is highly recommended to book in advance to be sure you can get on board and also to benefit from the limited capacity of private beds, cabanas, etc.

Is it possible to bring additional friends to my private area such as a Cabana, Sofa or Bed?
Yes, you can bring more friends with you to your private cabana space.
Your cabana package already includes a certain number of entrance tickets, but if you need additional tickets for your friend, you can purchase a day pass. This will allow them to join you in your private area and enjoy all the amenities and services that are included in the package.

TRANSPORTATION

Can I arrive on my own boat and board YONA?
Yes and No: You may come CLOSE to YONA by your own means, however, our shuttle will pick you up for the last few meters to board YONA. Mooring-up is not allowed. Parking or anchoring around Yona is prohibited.

What are the safety rules on board?
Drugs and weapons are prohibited onboard.

Is YONA recommended for seniors or pregnant women?
YONA experience is NOT recommended for Senior citizens over 70 years old, or pregnant women.

Is it allowed to swim in the sea around YONA?
No, swimming in the sea around YONA is strictly forbidden.
