Park Regulations, Policies & Etiquette

Ticketing

Every guest is required to purchase a ticket to enter the park. Please hold the ticket individually when entering the park for speedy service.

• Tickets are valid only on date shown.
• Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-changeable and non-exchangeable, and invalid if altered or torn in anyway.
• Child ticket holders must be between 101 – 140 cm (3’3” – 4’7”) in height (inclusive).
• Infants (height not exceeding 100 cm or 3’3”) do not require any tickets and may enter the park, restaurant and theater at the discretion of parents but they must share seats with the parents inside the theater. Some scenes in the show contain explosion and loud noises and may be scary to some children.

Reentry Policy

• Guests wishing to temporarily exit the park may do so by obtaining a park reentry hand stamp prior to exiting the park.

Dress Code

• There is no dress code per se but respectable attire is appreciated.
• Visitors will not be allowed to enter the park shirtless or while in swimming suits.
• Also be advised that the theater is fully air-conditioned and might be chilly to some.

Photography & Video Recording

• Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited inside the theater.
• All visitors are required to deposit all cameras, video cameras and any recording devices (including mobile camera phones) at the camera check booths located at the security check area before entering the theater.
• Self-service lockers are also available.

Food & Drinks

• Food & drinks (including cakes and durian) from outside are strictly prohibited in all Phuket FantaSea premises including the ticket booth and car parking area.
• Food and drinks (including durian) are not allowed inside the theater.
• Food & drinks (including cakes and durian) may not be brought into the restaurant.
• Corkage charge and cake service charge shall be applied on any alcohol and cake brought in.

Smoking

• Smoking (including the use of electronic cigarette) is strictly prohibited by law in all enclosed spaces and air-conditioned areas, and thus, inside the buffet restaurant as well as the theater.
• Smoking corners are available at the entrance of the restaurant and the exit hall of the theater.
• Cigars, marijuana, electronic baraku or any device which may cause public nuisance is strictly prohibited in all Phuket FantaSea premises.

Theater Regulations & Etiquette

• The use of binoculars is not allowed, except for the visually-impaired.
• Visitors are required to sit according to assigned seat number only.
• As a courtesy to all guests, please remain quiet during the performance and do not leave your seat until the show has completely ended.

Pets

• Pets (including guide dogs) are not allowed inside the Park.
• A Pet Suite is provided at the entrance of the Park as a temporary shelter.

Safety

• Weapons of any kind are not allowed within the Park premises.
• All guests may be requested to go through security check prior to entering the Park.
• All items deemed hazardous to the safety of other guests will be required to be deposited at our deposit counter.
• For security reasons, hat, sunglasses and veil must be removed before entering.

Fantasy Of A Kingdom Show

Inspired by the colorful heritage of Thailand, “Fantasy Of A Kingdom” is an audio-visual extravaganza that incorporates Thai culture with magical illusions. Four-dimensional in-theater effects, aerial ballet, acrobatics, indoor pyrotechnics, special effects, elephant performances and stunts are all combined into one unforgettable theatrical masterpiece. The show is guaranteed to thrill and delight visitors from all around the world.

From the first moment on, visitors are taken on a journey through Thai history, across its great regions, and discovering along the way the exotic songs and dance that make the kingdom so dazzlingly attractive. Mythology comes to life through the acrobatic antics of Hanuman and his monkey warriors, or the exquisite movements of the beautiful Kinnarees.

Palace of the Elephants Theater

The road from Festival Village leads to a lotus lake, in which floats the beautiful Golden Pavilion. The floating Golden Pavilion forms the entrance to the world’s grandest 4,000-seat dining facility, the Golden Kinnaree Buffet Restaurant. Here, the mythical Kinnarees, half-bird and half-woman of legendary beauty and graciousness, come together to look after all visitors like proverbial kings.

Kamala Pier Restaurant is one of 4 outstanding restaurants located within Phuket FantaSea theme park. As the only a-la-carte restaurant in the park, Kamala Pier offers a casual dining experience accompanied by live music entertainment nightly.

Fast Food

Fort Kanom Thai, modeled after the famous Fort Prasumaeru in Bangkok, is a fast-food restaurant, where guests can enjoy delicious burgers, barbeques, satays, drinks, and tantalizing ice creams and desserts.

Festival Village Shopping Street

A stroll through the enchanted Festival Village is a journey through Thailand’s architectural history. Come join in the fun and games with our friendly sea creatures at our unique undersea arcade and shopping attraction. Fun-lovers of all ages are invited to test their skills with exciting new games specifically designed to celebrate the resplendent beauty of marine life in the Similan Islands.

Tiger Jungle Adventure (Currently closed for refurbishment)

Take a magical adventure into an ancient, exotic realm of primordial Tiger Jungle. Here you can catch a glimpse of the gentle, magnificent creatures that inhabit the enchanted Kingdom of Kamala. Tiger Jungle Adventure is a “Theatrical Safari”, an original concept that takes you on a journey. It takes you through a theatrical environment of 12 exotic and mythical scenes inspired by timeless legends and ancient folklores. Many local animals star in the display which also features cutting-edge special audio and visual effects.

Transfers are available from almost everywhere in Phuket.

Our transportation service provides safe and comfortable return transfer between any hotel in Phuket and Phuket FantaSea. Please note that this service is for Shared Transfer, i.e. non-private. (Private transfer is available at extra charge – please enquire).

Return Transportation to Hotels

Our return transportation service begins after the show ends. When you wish to return, please contact the transfer counter located at the front of the park for transportation back to your accommodation. Our “FantaSea Transfer Service” van service will leave approximately every 10 minutes or so until midnight.

About Our Park Attractions, Facilities & Services

Is there any ride in Phuket FantaSea?
Phuket FantaSea is a nighttime cultural theme park that features numerous unique attractions carrying a Thai cultural theme. We do not feature any type of rides as may be found in more conventional amusement/theme parks.

Is the park suitable for young infant/elderly/disabled?
Definitely Yes! The park can be enjoyed by guests of all ages. There are also facilities that cater for the elderly as well as the disabled.

Can my pet be admitted into the park?
We regret that, for the safety of all our guests and our own animals in the park, pets are strictly prohibited inside our park. A pet suite, located at the entrance of the Park, is available to provide temporary shelter for pets during your visit.

Can I use the internet inside the park?
Wireless high speed internet (Wifi) is available for free at our FantaSea Carnival Club, located outside of the Park. Should you wish to use the internet while visiting Phuket FantaSea, please contact any of our staff members who will be able to provide assistance to you.

Do you have a business center inside the park?
Our FantaSea Carnival Club provides various facilities such as wireless high speed internet, shower room, TV and projection room as well as full time receptionists and maids. Please contact our staff should you wish to use the facility.

We offer Thai and international cuisine. Please contact us for details of the dishes available.

Does your menu change?
Our menu changes from time to time.

Do you offer vegetarian food?
Vegetarian buffet line is available daily. We do also entertain special requests if given in advance.

Do you offer Halal food?
Halal food is provided daily in a special Muslim-only zone.

What time should I arrive for the Buffet?
To allow time to enjoy your buffet dinner and all our attractions, we recommend that guests arrive no later than 18:00.

I do not wish to have the buffet. What are the alternatives?
The Golden Kinnaree Buffet Restaurant, one of the world’s grandest, is itself an experience not to be missed. If you do not wish to have the buffet, there is an a la carte restaurant, a fast food eatery, drink bars, and several snack booths located inside Festival Village that offer tempting alternatives.

What kind of cuisine is available in Suriyamas Buffet Restaurant?

We offer Thai and international Seafood cuisine. Our menu changes from time to time. Please contact us for details of the dishes available.

How many dishes are available in Suriyamas Buffet Restaurant?
Over 50 dishes are on offer, excluding desserts and fresh fruits. More, guests of Suriyamas may also enjoy a large selection of Thai and International buffet menu (over 70!) available in the connecting Golden Kinnaree Buffet Restaurant at no additional cost.

About Our Theater & Show
Can we take photos during the show?
Photography and video recording are prohibited inside the theater. All guests are requested to deposit all cameras, video cameras, camera phones and all recording devices at the Camera Deposit Counter at the entrance to the theater.

Is the show suitable for children?
The show is suitable for both adults and children. However, please be advised that pyro effects in some scenes may be scary to young infants.

Can young infants be admitted into the theater?
Young infants may enter the theater at the discretion of parents.

In what language is the show?
The narration and song in the show are in English and Thai, although music is used to conduct the show for most of the performance.

I cannot understand English well. Will I be able to enjoy the show?
The show employs music as the main medium to convey its story. Very few spoken dialogues are used in the show.

Is Phuket FantaSea a circus show?
No, animals play a part in the story of the show but do not perform acts that are commonly seen in a circus.

About Our Animal Cast

I wish to hold a tiger cub. Is it possible?
It is possible to cuddle a tiger cub in the theater lounge. Please note that these tiger cubs are born and raised in captivity under a breeding program sponsored by Phuket FantaSea, and as such we cannot guarantee their availability.
